Due to the bespoke and personalised nature of my products, returns, exchanges and refunds cannot be accepted unless an item arrives damaged or there is an error on my part. Please contact me within 48 hours of delivery if there are any issues with your order.

Each item is individually handcrafted with care and attention to detail. As a result, slight variations in colour, texture, wax seals, calligraphy, and finishing details may occur, making every piece beautifully unique.

As all items are handmade and created to order, processing items will vary depending on the product and order quantity. Estimated turnaround time will be 1-4 weeks depending on the nature of the order. Personalised illustrations 3 weeks i aim for.

Orders may only be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. Once work has begun on personalised of bespoke items, cancellations cannot be accepted.

If you require an invoice of bespoke calligraphy with English Rose Calligraphy please email or please use the Contact page to enquire. Invoices will be provided via email once discussed. When the invoice is paid your booking will be secured and work will begin on your order. Due to the personalised nature of bespoke items, invoices must be paid by the stated due date and any changes requested after approval may be subjected to additional charges.
